EXHIBIT SPACE APPLICATION and LEASE FORM
We do hereby submit this application and lease form for exhibit space as indicated below for our use at LPS of USA Annual Convention 2025 Trade Show to be held at the Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport. The completion and receipt of this application for exhibit space, the notice of space assignment from LPS of USA, and the full payment of rental charges constitute a contract for the right to use the space assigned. We have read and agree to comply with the exhibit space and lease terms.
Please Note: Each booth includes: Exhibit space, 8' high Background Drape, 3' high Side Drapes, one (1) Identification Sign displaying company name and booth number, two (2) Folding Chairs, one (1) 6' Draped Table, one (1) Waste Basket, and two (2) Conference Badges.
Please note that the booth does NOT include: Carpet, furniture, electricity, internet, etc. Hyatt Regency DFW or an approved agent will send an exhibitor service kit containing order forms for additional items needed once full payment has been received by the LPS office. Please indicate booth(s) location preference. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Location preferences will be accommodated if possible, but are not guaranteed. Booth space is limited. Should all choices be reserved prior to receiving your application, LPS of USA will assign the booth space nearest to your desired location.
