The Leuva Patidar Samaj was formed to bring Leuva's from all over the United States together. During important social events, one of our largest rituals is to invite friends and family members to help celebrate.
Our database is a very important asset, and several measures are in place to ensure that the membership data is not compromised. For that reason, to request membership labels, please click here to download the labels request form, and follow directions to send to LPS.
A representative of LPS will contact you once the form is recieved. The labels are to be used only one time, and the LPS will make every effort to ensure that the priviledge is not abused.
